If you are authoring your own MSDS or SDS you must include a 24 hour emergency hotline on your documents.  If you do not have the staff who are readily available to take emergency phone calls then you must, by law, subscribe to a MSDS Emergency Phone Number service such as the one offered by ChemTel.
